• Co-managed a team of 4 for the SAS-based Platform project. SAS is an enterprise Platform hosting solutions from multiple lines of business• Responsibilities included server maintenance and administration tasks, monitoring and health checks, licensing updates, keeping the applications and system up and running• Worked with cross-functional teams and aided in the weekly/monthly deployment and patching activities• Brief experience with risk and compliance management in accordance with the project. Remediated 50+ medium and low-risk vulnerabilities in the platform• Single Point of Contact for client engagements, ticketing, and change management coordination tasks• Acquainted with user management procedures. Onboarded and provided knowledge transfer sessions to new resources in the team• Received team of the Quarter’ award of Q1/Q2 2020 in the project for resizing SAS GRID platform by 82%, to cater to lesser data volumes and save the additional cost of maintenance

• Led a team of 3 members for the Mobile Forms project, to digitize and meet the requirements of end-users across 20+ regions globally• Point of Communication between the vendor (which provided the low code Dev platform to build forms) and the client’s end-users• Led the migration process of the project’s application platform to a feasible one, saving ~ USD 10K and catered to the form users’ broader requirements• Efficient in performing the duties aligning with the project through elements project and stakeholder management• Received the Outperform award in 2018 for excellent quarterly performance in the project delivery unit

• Skilled in the design and support of custom mobile forms, thereby reduced the individual user effort of time by ~ 80% and hourly rate by ~ 50%• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint site functionality and document libraries• Generated customized data visualization reports for different teams/customers based on the requirements• Worked closely with the vendor on adding new form features, up-gradation of existing functionalities, and streamline a few processes• Received the Outperform award in 2017 for excellent quarterly performance in the project delivery unit

Field study on the 135 MW (4 x 21 MW + 2 x 25.5 MW) Combined Cycle Power Plant which is located in Agartala, Tripura. The process of transmission and distribution of power was learned. Awareness of the implication of the plant in nearby regions and understanding of automated power control systems.
