Client: AKBank, TurkeyProject: Development and Implementation of CRM suite in Chordiant Business Domain: CRM in BankingProject objective: The aim of the project was to develop and implement a CRM suite in Chordiant software for AK Bank, TurkeyKey Responsibilities  Was based at the client site as an interface between the client and the development teams located in London and India Planned and conducted interactive workshops with Business users of the Bank for requirement gathering and understanding client’s IT systems. Managed iterative development of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) suite for the client.  Documented functional specification use cases, process flow, technical message definitions, and test case scenarios. Mapped business / client’s requirements and translated the requirements into functional specifications and detailed test plans for software development

Client: Brown Brother Harriman, BBH – Boston, US.Project: International Risk Analysis & Administration (IRRA) Credit Management System Project objective: The aim of the project was to develop a Credit Management System to maintain credit related account information, create review credits, establish electronic library of credit related documentation, and generate periodic reportsKey Responsibilities  Designed, developed and implemented the system in Java using JSF framework.  Designed system test plans and test scenarios.  Conducted status meetings with the client. Implemented the software and rolled over to operations within planned timelines.

Client: Inmarsat, United KingdomProject: LaunchPad-MMI development Project objective: The aim of the project was to develop a Man-Machine Interface (MMI) software for Inmarsat to control functionalities on four new Broadband Global Area Network (BGAN) terminals that were 3 GPP( 3rd Generation Partnership Project) compliant devicesKey Responsibilities Designed, developed and implemented the system in Core Java and Swings for Windows, MAC and Linux operating Systems.  Designed system test plans and test scenarios.  Carried Unit Test, Integrated Test and System test across all operating systems.
