    I play two significant roles in the firm – one at a platform (tech) level and the other at a function (business) level.I established and currently lead the Adobe Advisory practice, where we use Adobe as an enabler to transform and enhance Customer Experience. I also play the role of a Product Manager, leveraging Gen AI to accelerate CX solutions through our product. For example, in Sales, our efforts have centered on using AI to enhance lead qualification and sales forecasting, making the sales process more efficient and effective. In Service, we’ve leveraged AI to power intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants, improving response times and C-sat scores. In the Marketing domain, we utilized Gen AI to create dynamic, personalized marketing campaigns that adapt to real-time customer preferences, significantly increasing engagement rates.
