That Corner store is a platform that curates footwear designers from across the country and sells them to the customers both through online & offline platforms. The designers are handpicked keeping in mind the quality to ensure the customer's comfort & experience in buying footwear online. -> Managed everything from filing GST returns to paying salaries. -> Marketing: Online marketing via SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads. Offline marketing: tie-up with fashion designers to create a range together, exhibitions & pop-ups. -> Sales: Meeting the designers, checking the product quality and getting them on the platform.

➢Working closely with the Analytics & Creatives team to ensure the correct communication reaches out to final consumers.➢ Thorough market research, both analytic & on the field to understand the market requirements and design a campaign around it.➢ Event & Corporate tie-ups to increase the visibility and hence the user base for Zomato Order.➢ Subzone specific campaigns wherein we launched activities in a particular set of areas to primarily increase the number of users. This involves tie-up with apartments/societies, managing on-ground activations and thorough research of the given subzone.➢ On-field interaction with customers to understand their expectations from the product and help the company reach the same through various measures. For example - decreasing the minimum order quantity for the restaurant would result in more orders or providing a more approximate delivery time on the app to match the consumer expectations. This is done in coordination with the various teams in charge of the client/activity.
