• Create and modify drawings and models from written and verbal specifications obtained from Design Head.• To make Casting drawings, Machining drawings & Assembly drawings.• Create and Manage detailed design documentation for future reference.• Co-ordination with client for sales drawing of valves.• Preparation of proposal drawing of valves using AutoCAD.• Preparation of BOM for production of valves.• Preparation of general assembly drawing for M.O.C. as per Customer Spec Sheet.• Wall Thickness calculation(Schedule) for pipe and valve compatibility• Submission of sales drawing to production dept. after client confirmation.• Co-ordination with production team for technical quires and for required deviation.
