IoT Enterprise solution for improving productivity and safety of workers in construction sites.I was mainly responsible for the design and implementation of new product features, collaborating with front-end, data and hardware teams, and improving the backend infrastructure. Joining as the 14th employee, this challenging and exciting role gave me the opportunity to work on complex problems while we expanded from 400 workers in 1 country to over 100,000 workers in 8 countries. I was able to lead IoT projects and work closely with product managers, designing user stories towards the end of my tenure.Highlights• Led a five member team to conceptualize and develop a Covid Dashboard, showcasing the movement and contact-tracing of Covid19 infected workers and providing alerts when quarantined workers enter the site, preventing shutdown of 3 sites with ~5k workers

I was mainly responsible for implementation of new project requirements, collaborating with senior developers and external organizations.Working in the Payments team, I got the opportunity to work on new and challenging projects - UX design and implementation, collaborating with payments corporation of India and multiple teams in Amazon to introduce UPI to Amazon customers.Working in the Marketplace team, I was able to learn the best practices for coding and design and collaborate with senior developers.

Evaluated issues with current legacy reporting system for 3P Amazon sellers and analysed seller complaints; designed POC for new framework allowing sellers to completely customize reports; secured director buy-in for 6 month project roadmap

Worked in graphical representation of various performance related metrics related to memory, threading etc using JmxTrans and Graphite to facilitate decisions regarding memory consumption, deadlock removal and monitoring web traffic.
