* Installation & commissioning of filling & mixing equipment, Blow molding, cap feeding, Inspection system, conveyor & packaging machines and machines for complete “Returnable Glass Bottle” line at International and domestic projects.* Subject Matter Expert in commissioning of CIP, passivation, cleaning & filling process of filler, Mixer and pasteurizer equipments. * “Site in-charge” for Installation & commissioning team on site and daily reporting to customer and internal project team regarding progress & planning of project.* Programming of HMI and Siemens CPU 1500, SIMATIC S7-300, 400, TwinCAT (BeckHoff PLC) & configuring of PLC hardware, I/O modules, Analog modules, etc..* Trouble shooting & programming of safety interlocking system of PILZ.* Installation & commissioning of the field instruments & control systems.* Commissioning of Inspection system for Fill level check, Cap Inclination and date coding inspection. Also inspection system for cap feeding system to check cap ovality, cap color & orientation of cap. * Line/machines audit, suggestion & action to improve line efficiency & machine performance and submit necessary parts accordingly if required.* Proactively identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns by conducting failure analysis & take steps to rectify the same through application of trouble shooting tools.* Planning and implementing various breakdown / preventive maintenance schedules of various machines to increase machine up time / equipment reliability; thereby accomplishing planned targets.* Imparting training to the client regarding operation, maintenance & troubleshooting of the equipment.* Service Calls: Attending 24x7 services to customers regarding the failure of the Machines.
