Delivery Manager
CurrentWorking on multiple projects to ensure the delivery execution and quality- Worked with teams in an agile software environment and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic organization. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Demonstrated experience in identifying, analyzing, and resolving program issues. - Strong ability to make informed decisions and prioritize tasks based on business objectives and constraints. - Develops detailed work plans, schedules; project estimates, resource plans and status reports.- Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, communicate status to upper management and project stakeholders, and engage the project teams to achieve goals- Ensure consistent, predictable, and successful program delivery of all workstreams.- Interfaces with Project Managers and Technical Leads on the project to create Monthly and Quarterly reports for the client- Interfaces with client senior management teams regarding regular updates of projects.- Provides expertise in the area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership.- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how each area (i.e., architecture or infrastructure) collectively integrates to contribute towards achieving business objectives.- Provides facilitation to tech leads or engineering teams to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
