Xondhan Foundation is a charitable not-for-profit organizationregistered in 2016, under The Societies (Registration) Act, 1980, with the aim of reaching out to the unreachable. The organization maintains a grassroots profile, and caters to last mile villages in Assam, flood-ravaged communities that are extremely isolated, and economically vulnerable households in remote rural settlements.A guiding principle of the organization, collective action is at the forefront of every initiative, implemented with local representation,to encourage and ensure community involvement and ownership, while bringing their real needs to light.Xondhan Foundation derives its drive and legitimacy through its State-wide network of community volunteers, local facilitators, and members of vulnerable villages, all of whom constitute the grassroots workforce of the organization.

I had been primarily working with the Engineering And Industrial Services wing of TCS, more specifically, in Aerospace domain(Client Boeing). Have implemented CAD application development and customization projects using CAA (Component Application Architecture) at offshore. I have in-depth understanding of CATIA V5 architecture and have created numerous re-usable utilities that aid developers in customizing CATIA V5 and develop applications. Interacting well with the onsite counterparts, clients and coordinating with the team in offshore.
