BUS A-201 is an introductory course on Financial Accounting. I was selected to be a peer coach for this course to assist students in preparing for the course based on outstanding academic achievement in this course- Held office hours 3-4 hours a week to teach financial accounting concepts to a group of 7-10 students every week- Connected with the faculty to provide feedback on issues students were facing and ways in which the course could be designed to address those issues

Indiana University has a residential department called the Residential Program and Services(RPS). This department has several food courts all across campus, I work at Kelley School of Business cafe where my tasks include receiving customer orders, preparing and serving food to customers. -Helped in creating a faster assembly line to produce and serve food faster during rush hours. -Acquired knowledge of how to communicate with customers to better satisfy their demands.-Skilled in preparing food in accordance with the highest sanitation standards

BUS-K 201 is an introductory course designed to teach students how to use software such as Microsoft Access and Excel in solving business problems. The course teaches students how to write queries, make forms and reports in MS Access and teaches the use of complex if functions, Vlookups, Index, match, Pivot charts and financial functions in MS Excel. -Selected by the faculty to help students navigate through this course based on outstanding academic achievement in the course-Assisted 45 students twice a week by providing guidance on how to do tasks set in class and help them solve problems and projects on Microsoft Access and Excel

Kelley Student Government is a voice for Kelley School of Business students, it serves as the bridge between the administration and the Kelley students and organizations. Meetings are held once in two weeks to discuss and implement various initiatives to improve student life, approve funding for student organisations and bring to the notice of the administration challenges faced by the students. - Collaborated with 85 delegates to positively impact the Kelley School of Business experience for students by planning and organizing initiatives throughout the year- Evaluated the Kelley Student organizations that apply for funding and devised how much funding to provide them along with the approval of other delegates

- Analyzed stocks based on technical indicators and advised a group of 13-16 clients on stocks to buy and short on an intraday basis, achieving a success ratio of 75%- Conducted a research on the crude oil market, analyzing factors that impact the movement of crude oil prices and presented a research paper to help the company in its preparation for a course on crude oil markets

Junior Achievement USA is a volunteer driven organisation which is dedicated to educating students from Kindergarten to 12th grade about entrepreneurship, financial literacy and work readiness. It is an experiential hands on program that helps students acquire knowledge and economic reasoning skills. I was selected from the Civic Leadership Development club of Kelley School of Business to volunteer for this program. -Taught a class of 32 5th graders business and economic principles such as free market economies, entrepreneurship and innovation, role of STEM in business, trade, competition, globalisation etc. -Learned the skill of simplifying complicated principles and applying them to daily life examples in order to better get the message across to the students.

The Nature club of La Martiniere for Boys is a club committed to protecting the environment and spreading awareness about nature in the city of Kolkata. I was appointed as the treasurer of the 25th Executive Board of the club during my senior year in High School. My role required me to handle the funds of the club as well as the overall functioning of the club.-Handled the funding of projects worth $700 and subscriptions amounting to $1000 from members.-Initiated and conducted various new projects such as E waste recycling initiative, Earth Week initiative,Nepal Earthquake relief project.-Introduced the Member of the month and Member of the year award in order to incentivise members to participate more actively in the club which led to an increase in membership from 50 to 200 members.-Organized the budgeting and fundraising of $15000 for the annual fundraiser 'Creation 15' where the proceeds from the event were donated to charity.-Voted as the Best Board Member
