Job Responsibility: • Working on different kinds of IT requirements like Network Support Engineer, Java, .NET, Oracle DBA, SAP, Hyperion developer, Project Manager, QA, Web sphere Admin, WMB Developer Etc.• Focused on ENU (Energy, Natural Resources and Utilities) and IES (Industrial and Engineering Services) verticals of Wipro.• Responsible for recruiting mostly for IT Requirements but also works on some Engineering positions.• Coordinating with Account Managers, Sales Manager for taking and understanding the client requirement and sourcing IT professional accordingly.• Focus on the following factors while sourcing the resumes: Quality, Turn around Time, and finally Quantity (giving full coverage to the requirement).• Working with Implementation Partner and prime vendors for various recruiting positions.• Working on W2 and C2C requirements.• Worked on Full-Time, W2, C2H and C2C.• Fetching resumes from Portals like JobDiva, Ceipal, Dice and Monster, Indeed, Google groups, LinkedIn.• Even getting resumes from our own database and from Google groups and LinkedIn. • Getting the right candidate for client's as per the requirements. • Negotiate on rate part with consultants.• Fetching requirements from LinkedIn, Dice, Career Builder, Monster, Indeed, Google groups, etc.• Keeping rapport with consultants on regular basis.• Applying consultant's Profiles on all the job portals that I look for requirements.• Following up with the vendors on resume submission.• Developed large pipelines of engineers through job boards, social networking, job fairs and relationships with other is the industry IT.• Worked closely with the sales team as well as client management teams for position qualification and customer expectations.• Maintain a best in class screening process by meeting all candidates for face -to- face interviews.• Constant follow up with consultants and vendors to make sure he/she takes up the offer, and accepts to join or make their consultant join.

• Responsible for Requirement Understanding, Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting the IT Professionals as per the client’s and project’s need.• End to End process of Hiring (Sourcing, Screening, scheduling telephonic and in-person interviews, coordinating, gathering feedback).• Coordinating with Team Leads, Managers, Delivery Managers and Sales Managers for requirement understanding.• Working on W2 and C2C requirements.• Worked on Full-Time, W2, 1099, C2H and C2C.• Fetching resumes from Portals like JobDiva, Ceipal, Dice and Monster, Indeed, Google groups, LinkedIn.• Even getting resumes from our own database and from Google groups and LinkedIn. • Getting the right candidate for client's as per the requirements. • Negotiate on rate part with consultants.• Scheduling interview for the consultant with clients• Coordinate Skype/Telephone/WebEx interviews.
