​Priya Posani is a Senior Consultant in West Monroe Partners’ Healthcare practice with a breadth of experience in provider network management, provider onboarding, Medicaid RFP Strategy, and PBM contract implementation. Priya also has experience working with large global health entities to define long-term strategies for health system development and expansion. Since joining West Monroe Partners, Priya has worked with a large health plan to help define and implement a multi-million-dollar provider onboarding strategy. By collaborating with the plan’s provider network team, Priya provided strategic insight on future state process development and worked with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for short-term benefit acceleration. Most recently, Priya worked with a health system to manage their project management office as they implemented cost-optimization initiatives, including inventory management processes, call center acceleration, and resource planning. Prior to joining West Monroe Partners, Priya worked with a large regional health plan to design value-based contracts and implement an end-to-end contract management process, resulting in over 100 new providers being added to the plans’ value-based care network.
