• Involved in full recruiting life cycle & end to end recruitment.• Understanding client requirements and deciding on the recruitment strategy.• Sourcing C Vs from various channels such as referencing, company’s own database, Job Portals i.e. Monster, Naukri, and networking tools such as LinkedIn.• Screening the candidate’s as per the client requirement.• Conducting HR interviews to check the candidate’s suitability for the requirement.• Arranging for technical panels and coordinating with candidates & client at all levels of Interviews.• Preparing and maintaining various MIS Reports like Tracker sheet, requirement and offer reports, to be sent to delivery heads and top management. Recruiting people at all levels i.e. form experience range of 2-15 years for all permanent, Contract positions.• Planning and structuring of job advertisements on job portals & Social networking site.• Well aware of Outsourcing process for software industries.• Conducting and coordinating Walk- in drives.• End to end co-ordination with the technical - panels as well as with the candidate till the candidate joins.• Involved in scheduling telephonic and personal interviews for the candidates and coordinating on the same.• Maintain a good pipeline of profiles to maintain a healthy recruitment turnaround time.• Involved in Strategic Planning of the Recruitment Process and Planning “Recruitment” in a Cost Effective Way.• Updating & maintaining the candidate database across all the skill sets for future requirements.• Doing the initial HR telephonic screen to check the candidate’s fitment (culture, relevant work experience, reasons for change) and interest levels.
