Addresses the entire HR needs of the organization and acts as the single point of contact for our parent company, Etisalat UAE. I was responsible in growing the employee strength from 30 to 600, at the same time putting together the HR policies and procedures, compensation and benefits, designing the performance management system and employee relations from start over this period of time. I report and directly coordinate with the CEO for future development of the organization.
