As a QA Trainee, I will be responsible for reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents, creating comprehensive test plans and test cases, and executing test scripts to identify defects. I work closely with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution, investigate product quality issues, and suggest improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction. Additionally, we analyze system specifications, report and document technical issues, and identify quality assurance process bottlenecks to suggest actions for improvement. I also collect quality data, identify key KPIs, and prepare reports and metrics for Senior Management.
