After earning a Post Graduate degree in Management in 2008, I began my career in the financial sector and transitioned to FMCG by joining Wrigley India in the same year. (Something that was always a dream)My subsequent role at Colgate Palmolive spanned six years, during which I honed my skills in sales, merchandising, and trade marketing, significantly contributing to the company's success.I then moved to Patanjali, managing the exclusive retail channel for West and South India, which broadened my business exposure. My team building and team management skill was my strength here apart from mu business nuances.Since joining Bata India Limited in 2019, I have earned three promotions and excelled in various roles. Notably, I spearheaded initiatives like RISE and ACE, with ACE becoming a benchmark in the industry. Currently, I serve as the Zonal Sales Manager for the West region, continuing to drive success and innovation.
