We Founded commercial & residential interior design and fit-out company (with Amol Jadhav) which has carved a unique place within the market for consistently delivering the highest level of service, providing both design and full execution within tight deadlines and value for money.My role is to develop the business by growing the client base and understanding the requirements of each project, providing the best suited concept, design, quality of materials and managing the full end to end solution from approvals through to site management and handover.Some highlights for 361° Design Solutions to date include:• Successfully delivering a 1800Sq Ft Café refurbishment project within just 45days for an Ice skating rink in Sharjah. By utilising my personal expertise with commercial kitchen design and developing the full concept, we were able to create a versatile and child friendly beautiful space. • Retained by Aster Pharmacies to create a master concept visual re-design for their retail stores that would ensure they achieved a stand-out brand identity. We developed a unique design that has to date been rolled-out to over 300 stores.• Due to our reputation, design expertise and technical knowledge, we were approached to work with Dubai Health & Prevention Authority on their clinical service centres. We designed a welcoming, warm, clean and functional environment that would make clients feel like they were receiving a VIP service. The design was delivered within just 12days with the full drawings in 2 weeks which to date has been implemented in 2 locations across Dubai.• Retained to design and fit-out a ladies salon and spa. We sourced commonly used materials and utilised natural fresh elements to create an innovative and luxurious solution, delivered within just 45days. By personally facilitating the Dubai Health Authority approvals and ensuring that the design met their guidelines exactly, the salon was successfully opened for business after 46th day.

Reporting to the MD and Business Development Director, my main focus was to prepare and present design concepts and, in many cases, finalise client deals as well as manage the design and fit-out teams during the projects.

In this role, I worked with clients and both designed and presented solutions that met their requirements and also managed the fit-out teams during the projects.My Key Responsibilities included:• Understanding the design industry in Dubai and the across the international market including developing an international network of suppliers for my designs.• I also managed the in-house designs for the F&B subsidiaries within the group including 2nd Cup and Japango Restaurant, gaining an understanding of their branding needs whilst ensuring that the designs met the needed approvals within this sector.

Reporting to the Director, I began in this Company as a Designer and when promoted to Manager, held the responsibility for managing the design team whilst working closely with the Business Development team to present and close new business, regularly project manage the fit-out teams whilst simultaneously developing international global design expertise with a secondment to Germany.
