- Implementing solutions based on Balanced Scorecard framework and Corporate Performance Management (CPM).- Involved in monitoring, tracking and delivering the automation of BSC, Daily Business Reports (DBR), Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions by understanding and analyzing the client requirements and documentation of the same.- Project planning, scheduling, project coordination with customers and development team, application testing, functional and technical documentation, product training and closure of the project.- Conducting Strategy Workshops to define, design and execute Business Strategy.- Lead a team of implementation executives, software testers and technical writer.- Pre-sales support to the sales and marketing team for business development by defining and implementing a structured way of handling opportunities – first meeting with client / solution pitch / RFP response / RFI response / presentation, etc.- Work with sales team to identify pipeline and plan activities on a weekly basis.- Drafting proposals, making POCs (Proof of Concept), creating domain specific models and other related documents. Engaged in Analysis of Business Scenarios and their Reporting.- Anchoring client visits – from the stage of planning, identifying key participants, story board for the meeting, reviewing content, planning demos / team discussions and front-ending the discussion.- Conduct primary and secondary research; generate and qualify market analytics/research.- Assist sales team in prospecting with relevant pitch and market/company specific data.- Identify and execute participation in conferences, forums and summits to receive recognition and mileage as part of company’s marketing efforts.

- Providing strategic leadership for executing implementation of the workforce management software to the customers.- Managing end-to-end program deployment and effectively plan resource utilization and manpower deployment to ensure delivery of projects within time, cost, quality and budgetary parameters with MIS reports.- Creating Project Plans for Knowledge Transfer, Rollouts & Development Projects; identify key Challenges, Issues and Risks in Project Delivery and Develop Risk Mitigation Plans in association with the Client Team.- Instrumental at System Study, System design and documentation on the same.- Preparing SRS and Gap Analysis documents & Studying the As-Is process.- Initiating Functional testing, assisting the end users in User Acceptance Testing & Imparting Training & Assistance to the End Users.- Conducting Project Management Activities like Planning, Execution, monitoring of day-to-day tasks and tracking them to completion.- Delegating tasks, defining roles, providing guidance and mentoring team members.- Effectively coordinating with clients for business opportunities and smooth function of the project.- Mapping clients, identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize satisfaction levels. Ensuring continuous interaction with the customer to make sure that area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels.
