Continuous Monitoring Collaborate with Application Teams to setup a Runbook for Production Support Group as reference to remediate or investigate alerts triggered for Application or Infrastructure servicesIntegrate Dynatrace/AWS CloudWatch alarms to PagerDuty to notify respective On-Call team members Define and recommend best practices to define alerts and dashboards for Application Health monitoring Review and tune alerts periodically to reduce false positive alertsCreate new alerts based on inputs and observation from Chaos Engineering Experiments4. Middleware AdministrationProvide 24x7 application and infrastructure support, Change management, problem management, application deployment, installation and configuration of Middleware infrastructure (Web/Application servers)
