Continuous Compliance:Implementing Continuous compliance framework based on the AWS Well-Architected Framework for applications provisioned in AWS.Utilizing compliance as code to enforce Terraform based compliance and develop custom rules using Typescript.Onboarding application teams, building relationships and providing uplift to application delivery teams to achieve compliance.Presenting the model for continuous compliance via road shows to executives and other stakeholders.Leading and collaborate an effort to stand up Exclusion Management process alongside Cyber Security and Cloud Platform partners.2. Chaos Engineering Lead planning and execution of Chaos Engineering implementation for Digital Applications Collaborate with Production Support Group to analyze high severity issues reported for Production applicationsDesign failure scenarios for testing application resiliencyInstall and configure Gremlin agents for Windows and Linux servers to perform chaos tests Work with DevSecOps team to integrate Chaos experiments in CICD pipelinePlan and schedule Game day events with required stakeholders to measure availability and key metrics like SLA and other key metrics Run and execute failure tests like CPU, Memory, Latency, Blackhole, Disk failure scenarios to test application behavior Observe and record results from Game day and work with Application teams to improve application performance Conduct meetings with Application Teams and Production Support Group to review incidents and issues reported to simulate with Gremlin3. Continuous Monitoring Collaborate with Application Teams to setup a Runbook for Production Support Group as reference to remediate or investigate alerts triggered for Application or Infrastructure servicesIntegrate Dynatrace/AWS CloudWatch alarms to PagerDuty to notify respective On-Call team members Define and recommend best practices to define alerts and dashboards for Application Health monitoring Review and tune alerts periodically to reduce false positive alertsCreate new alerts based on inputs and observation from Chaos Engineering Experiments4. Middleware AdministrationProvide 24x7 application and infrastructure support, Change management, problem management, application deployment, installation and configuration of Middleware infrastructure (Web/Application servers)
