Finance Manager
Current• Overseeing Corporate (Consolidated Group), Joint Venture Funds, and Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) levels financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRSs, UK GAAP and Lux GAAP conversion. This included handling regulatory filings (VAT, Tax), budgeting, cash flow forecasting, working capital management, credit control, payroll accounting, consolidation, drafting complex accounting memos and identifying/mitigating financial risks.• Managing financial relationships with external and internal auditors, lenders and investors, collaborating with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies effectively.• Providing comprehensive financial analysis to the Board of Directors, investors, and external stakeholders, focusing on Return on Equity (ROE), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analytics, and relevant covenants.• Supporting investment and financing decisions through the maintenance of fund models, conducting scenario/sensitivity analyses, and monitoring key financial metrics.• Leading the onboarding process for new projects in the pipeline, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with financial objectives.• Playing a pivotal role in Finance Integration and Transformation initiatives, facilitating updates to accounting systems and processes.• Effectively managing cash reserves and requirements, optimizing fund and corporate liquidity to meet operational needs.• Overseeing corporate and fund level debt facilities, managing drawdowns, repayments, covenant compliance, and extension negotiations.• Reviewing tax structuring papers ahead of acquisitions to ensure both compliance and efficiency.• Conducting thorough reviews of acquisition completion accounts, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness in financial reporting.
