1. Handling the logistics operations to ensure delivery of the goods / shipments as per committed timelines and cost. 2. Deft in implementing cost saving measures to achieve reduction in terms of logistics cost.3. Negotiating with the transporter for spot rate, Rate Contract, insurance & pick up. 4. Synchronizing with shipping companies, transporters, CHA’s, C&F Agents and other external agencies to achieve seamless & cost-effective logistic solutions5.Frequent customer visit and understanding market trend, customer requirement and supply position, competitors activities. 6.Post Sales related activities like complain handling, payment follows up, “C”form collection,, etc.. 7.Responsible for all the Warehouse activities like despatch Planning, Material Handling and Organizing the transport.8. Preparing various kinds of reports i.e.Payment collection report, sales register, stock statement, Department Profit statement, Cash flow statement, etc..

CUSTOMER RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES:1 Responsible for all the Sales related activities for the whole Gujarat region. This includes maintaining customer relations, new customer generation, etc.2 Daily follow up with the customer for order, payment, monthly schedule etc.3 Co-ordination with the plant for order execution, pricing and payment related issues. 4 Customer visit.DEPOT RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES:1 Responsible for all the Depot activities like despatch Planning, Material Handling, Government office works ( Sales tax and Excise related) etc. 2 Receiving finished goods from the Head office and updating the records in SAP for the incoming material. (MIGO and RG23D)3 Organizing the transport and invoicing the goods from depot to the respective customers4 Follow up with plant for timely delivery of Material (as per customer requirements)

RESPONSIBILITIES AS SALES OFFICER1. Receiving schedule from either regional Offices or Direct customer.2. Direct Customer Interface & Logistic Management3. Preparation of work order for Production department as per tentative Schedule received from customer considering godown stock and FGS stock. 4. Follow-up with production department to complete customer schedule.RESPONSIBILITIES AS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER1. Receiving inquiry from customer and submitting to Design & Development Department for feasibility study.2. Submission of feasibility study to costing department to work out the cost3. Preparation of quotation and offer submission4. Follow-up & co-ordination with Design & development department for feasibility study, sample preparation.5. Customer feedback after sample submission and further action.6. Follow-up & co-ordination with Production department for Pilot batch and subsequent mass production.
