My work at amazon mainly involved:-1)Worked in Amazon Business Payment enabling credit based payment methods along with enhancing customer UI checkout experience.2)Enhanced User experience of onboarding to PBI(Pay By Invoice) by condensing 6-page onboarding process to a single page.Developed dashboards along with monitoring logs, metrics for 9 marketplaces.3)Documented a COE regarding customers unable to Add a Bank account for disbursement related issues for CA and UK marketplaces benefitting 10,000 customers worldwide. The COE involved taking reviews from 10+ engineers across 3 timeZones ensuring stakeholder-management within deadlines is performed.4) Partnered with multiple cultural teams across 9 marketplaces handled multiple projects simultaneously learning prioritisation . Performed UAT testing for TrueSPC Project along with making AWS Dashboards with alarms and metrics ensuring that project is completed in 15% lesser time.
