Provide forensic accounting services for business and private clients.• Independently evaluate claims in employment/contractual disputes, including uncovering, substantiating, or defending against criminal & civil claims of financial embezzlement, fraud, and other thefts.• Assess allegations of misappropriation between business equity partners, documenting any records that offer leverage during settlement negotiations or arbitration proceedings.• Exercise discretion when verifying the plausibility of clients' suspicions, occasionally avoiding unnecessary disputes or collecting critical evidence without alerting suspects.• Review financial records for non-profit organizations and public entities, to investigate disposition of funds believed missing. Identifying potential misappropriation or waste of public/community funds.• Identify additional likely sources of evidence, establishing probable cause for obtaining it in accordance with the applicable civil or criminal process.• Estimate business' value based on expected cash flows, projected using historical income statement data, or else realizable cash value if liquidating assets.
