Responsibilities: Coordination of approximately 20.000 product orders from supplier via LSP to the consumers in the Benelux per week (including return processes). In this process key contact point of Ingram Micro Logistics (small & medium sized shipments) and Fiege (big & heavy sized shipments) and responsible for consultancy and accompaniment of IT transitions. Achievements: A standardized and efficient in- and outbound process created by the establishment of a logistical platform with third party logistics for Groupon Benelux. Groupon acts as an intermediate in which the organization has full control over the product and information flows through IT integration.

Responsibilities: Operating as an intermediary between Groupon, its partners/suppliers and the customers for our shopping department and responsible for the growth and retention of a portfolio with partners. Advice and support at financial accounting, loyalty programs, repeat business, upsell opportunities and marketing. Achievements: Production of a manual in which the partner is informed about the prerequisites of the deal.
