Today I'm an IT Manager at Core IT - Future Office from Ageas group leading Strategic Programs (Health/Médis, Pensions, Bancassurance, Life and Non-Life).At my last phase at novobanco I was responsible for the DataWarehouse & Analytics Area of novobanco leading 2 teams.Between 2019 and 2022 I acted as an IT Program Lead of strategic Programs with multiple initiatives (Digital Transformation and New Distribution Model as the 2 main Strategic Programs). I worked together with IT Delivery Managers, Product Owners, and Tech Leads leading several teams to achieve the OKR of each Initiative.
