Having spent 39 yrs in Sales & Marketing of FMCG brands, I have taken up the business of promoting authentic Indian cuisine. A "foody" at heart Indian cuisine has been my passion for a long time especially after I left India some 17 yrs back and found how it was , generally, abused overseas. In my travel to around 40 countries in the world I was greatly dissapointed to find in many of them the unauthentic Indian cuisine that are dished out non-chalantly. This inspired me to lend a helping hand, as inconsequential as it may be ( considering the vastness of the market), to promote true and authentic Indian cuisine
