As an employee benefits attorney, I seek to protect the health and pension benefits of tens of thousands of workers across the United States.My particular emphasis is on providing general counsel duties to Taft-Hartley multi-employer health and pension plans, enforcement of delinquent collections and contract enforcement, withdrawal liability and preservation of subrogation and reimbursement rights, all governed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).An experienced author and speaker, I have published a number of articles on ERISA (partial listing below in the Publications part of this LinkedIn page) and have frequently presented to professional, business and plan management audiences on the most relevant and topical issues impacting employee benefits with a particular focus on ERISA contribution delinquency protection, contract enforcement withdrawal liability, trustee selection and subrogation and reimbursement issues.
