Ph.D. in Industrial Process Engineering and an experienced Process Engineer with over 5 years in the oil and gas industry, I am passionate about addressing technical challenges and contributing to innovation in this field. My career has allowed me to develop solid expertise in several key areas, including:-Designing and optimizing PFD and P&ID schematics.- Identification/ dimensionning of instruments and security elements (control valves, alarms).- Generation of heat and material balances.-Proficiency in using Aspen Hysys, Aspen Plus, and Aspen EDR for simulation and performance -optimization of facilities.-Equipment sizing, including distillation columns, separators, heat exchangers, PSV (Pressurized Safety Valves), and pipelines, along with preparing the corresponding Data Sheets.-Skilled in applying CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) with Ansys Fluent for flow modeling and predicting physical phenomena.-Conducting thorough assessments of the technical and economic feasibility of projects.-Identifying potential risks and proposing effective solutions to minimize them (HAZOP-HAZID).
