Mr. Cibelli has provided training, safety and operations guidance to downstream as well as onshore and offshore production facilities in Africa, Canada, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Thailand, UK, and throughout the United States. He held numerous positions within Exxon’s reservoir engineering, asset management and agency relations groups. Mr. Cibelli has been involved with the successful start-up of two offshore production platforms as well as several projects involving offshore platforms and FPSOs. He has applied this experience to all industries in order to improve safety and productivity through risk analysis. Mr. Cibelli has direct experience in developing and implementing model and site specific Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management (RM) programs for various industries.
