As "Intrapreneur»: building up from scratch a new company in switzerland with cutting edge competences in IT and more specifically in RoR and Web 2.0. This covers all legal procedure (company registration, insurances, etc.), team building, company process definition and structure with up to 6 employes and 1M annual budget.As director and technical manager, for all projects: project management and reporting, IT architecture design and technical lead.The specificity of the company is the ability to develop in very short cycles high quality and high complexity products. In one year, with a small team we were able to design and implement more than seven cutting edge applications, one of them a multi-tier client-server architecture, all built from scratch.
