To assist the activities of the Customer Service Supervisor in supervising and coordinating activities of service managers - checkers - and courtesy clerks in order to offer superior service to customers. Evaluate overall performance of front-end associates - provide feedback and updates of performance to associates. Enforce all uniform guidelines. Monitor checkout stations to ensure customer flow. Clear voids and void transactions off registers. Ensure that checkers have correct amounts of change at all times - and expedite the process of removing excess cash from registers. Approve checks and refunds. Perform other duties as required.
