A highly regarded dedicated professional working in the Financial Services industry for almost 24 years, predominantly spent within the sphere of Operations, Change and Technology. Regarded as an industry leader across Operations within Wealth and Asset Management. Actively involved in establishing best practice across the industry to elevate client and customer satisfaction.Most recently I was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of AMP Capital Public Markets and a key member of the Executive Leadership Team helping to devise, drive and execute the corporate strategy. During a period of heightened change and M&A for the Public Markets business (~$165bn), I was responsible for driving all Transition and Transformation deliverables to support strategic outcomes, as well as overseeing our Investment Operations activities and delivering Regulatory changes for the entire business. The COO span of control consisted of c250 employees across a blend of Operations & Project teams – and a budget (including project spend) in excess of $100M per annum. Responsibility also included building a network of Third-Party providers to help deliver future state operating model, realise long term commercial benefits, and execute on transition activities.
