- Responsible for microservice migration from an inhouse built custom platform to kubernetes. Responsible for planning, design, implementation, rollout and operational maintenance of a shared framework used by hundreds of developers.- Driving discovery, implementation and delivery of COGS optimizations for workloads running on public cloud (AWS)- Implemented and maintained a series of tools for developer productivity: integrated a sampling based profiler for Java apps for production cost optimization; provided a heap sanitization tool for java heap dumps that scrubbed all PII from the dumps thus preventing PII leaks.- Responsible for root cause investigations for incidents that relate to persistence services used by the app portfolio, and the subsequent rollout of changes in the client side drivers to services. Covered hardening and scalability improvements for redis, kafka and cassandra.

- Planned and implemented scalability improvements for messaging services in the Webex suite. Reached the business goal of increasing service usage by 10x DAU while keeping the infrastructure increase necessary to below 3x.

- Delivered the integration of the FPGA based deep neural networks inference engine created in Bing and delivered to Bing ranking engine as well as Azure ML studio.

- Discovered and delivered performance improvements in the XRM metadata stack for the PowerApps solution.- Designed, delivered and maintained a complete rewrite of the data layer for PowerApps platform for running on the cloud. The microservices based approach changed the data layer access patterns and the command execution flow to minimize network roundtrips and maximize various cache hits, and allowed us to drop mean data query execution times from mid double digit milliseconds to single digit milliseconds.- Prototyped, implemented and maintained the original platform that moved a VM hosted legacy product to being deployed with Service Fabric.- Found and solved various stability problems in the Microsft Dynamics Ax stack. The Ax interop had fundamental problem maintaining object state between managed section handled by .NET GC and native state held in native C++ controls/forms. Was part of the team that rewrote the .NET interop layer by removing the legacy reference counted solution and instead adopted a GC based managed memory where the native control was disposed after GC collected the managed object.

- Designed and delivered various features for Microsoft Dynamic AX cloud migration: Advanced form filters, form control testing framework, cross form communication on for the browser side controls.

- Responsible for designing, testing and signing off on Microsoft Dynamics Ax client framework, as well as the delivery of the test framework for the same area.

- Responsible for design and execution of a test plan to ensure quality of features in Microsoft Dynamics AX supply chain management area.
