A center of excellence (CoE), also called excellence center, provides leadership, best practices, research, support, or training within a specific area. CoE as a function will help ensure that change initiatives are delivered consistently and well, through standard processes and competent staff within a specific area in the emagine Group.I was given the leadership of the first CoE related to Sourcing - including overall responsibility and leadership for Sourcing best practices, process, research, strategic support and training.
