Key Responsibilities:• Oversee the process of Ad placements and ensure best practices are being followed.• Participate in the Vendor Evaluation process while initiating new partnership to fulfil any informative inquiry from the client's end to authenticate the service list.• Communicate and manage partnerships with first party Campaign Management, Trafficking and QA teams.• Conduct training for the team to learn latest operations and to prepare new trainees.• Identify improvement scopes and work on the Task Execution Process and Resource Development Plans.

Key Responsibilities:• Monitor and ensure seamless workflow of task reception, execution, quality assurance and submission process to meet client committed SLA’s.• Team management and Resource development. • Plan and execute training sessions for new trainees. • Prepare official reports to track progress & utilization.• Work with both management and production team to communicate instructions and ensure execution.

Key Responsibilities:• Monitor Receive tasks via email/tickets through platforms like Order-Hub, Operative or webmail.• Perform on Creative QA, line item/creative/order trafficking, inventory management, Campaign building, line item targeting setup, reporting according to the task owners instruction.• Work with different types of creative tags like JavaScript, Internal redirect, Celtra, third party VAST/VPAID, hard creative assets, event tracking and IAS pixels.• Perform Custom/Sponsorship QA, inspecting the publisher’s site/landing page to authenticate the placements and prepare a completion report providing campaign performance summary and optimization solutions.

Key Responsibilities:• Work as a Tier-01 Support Assistant.• Receive emails/tickets as an inquiry from client’s global customers/users.• Every issue is unique. Investigate and find out the best resolution possible judging the situation.• Debug and troubleshoot VAST/VPAID Tags and Deal IDs to provide delivery & optimization solutions.
