Job Responsibilities -➤ Resolve and provide service face to face.➤ Listen to customer’s problem attentively.➤ Ensure first service resolution.➤ Escalate customers issue to respective channel.➤ Keep note for future follow up based on the service nature.➤ Communicate Nagad offerings and deals to the customers & post office employees as well.➤ Maintain good relationship with post office employees and post office management.➤ Maintain good relationship with regional sales channel members.➤ Maintain daily transaction log.➤ Provide extra mile service to the customers whenever necessary.➤ Visit Uddokta Nagad Sheba.➤ Provide call support to Uddokta Nagad Sheba whenever necessary.➤ Visit attached distribution house.➤ Visit regional office.➤ Attend all kind of events.➤ Meet KPIs.➤ Attend daily/Weekly meetings/briefing.➤ Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports.➤ Share good customer experience/ customers demand with central team.➤ Ensure customer satisfaction.➤ Keep updated with required product, process and service knowledge.

Job responsibilities:➤ To ensure visibility of POSM at all POS.➤ Recruitment of TMRs as well as training them.➤ Daily and weekly reporting to Area Manager and Line Manager.➤ Daily market visit as per route plan.➤ Regular communication with TM, TO, PRO of allocated DH.➤ Maintain POSM and Toolkit stock of all allocated DH and submit the reports.
