Pedro is a partner of Strategy and Transactions (SaT) of EY Spain and Risk Management and Independence leader for the Mediterranean Region of EY. I am member of EY Spain’s Management Committee and of the EY Mediterranean Executive Committee. More than 25 years of experience, working for both corporate clients and private equity houses, in corporate transactions and financing, restructuring and business plan projects. Current particular areas of expertise include financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side processes.Extensive experience in the Power & Utilities sector and Private Equity, being responsible for those sectors in the Transaction Advisory Services department from 2012 to 2017 and 2007 to 2012, respectively. Member of the European Sell Side team of EY from 2007 to 2012After 6 years being the Quality leader for TAS for the Mediterranean region, I have been appointed as EY Risk Management and Independence leader for the region.
