Constrution company involved in the field of green energy, tourism and real estate development, public works, National Register of Constructors' Experience of 6th class. ▪ Responsible for the construction of large-scale infrastructure projects, both subcontracted or directly assigned to the company (Special Building Projects, Special Industrial Projects, and Transport Infrastructure Projects).▪ Prepare project documentation (technical and financial offers) in collaboration with a group of Civil Engineers and Designers.▪ Apply project management skills to achieve time, quality and budget. ▪ In charge of the communication with the Project Owner, management of contracts and agreements. ▪ In charge of the communication, negotiation and coordination with subcontractors and management of contracts. ▪ Responsible for the payment of staff and subcontractors, and coordination with them at all levels of construction. ▪ Perform consultations with respective public services.▪ Ensure the accuracy of the study of each project, cooperating with experienced external consultants and technical consultants.▪ Perform Project Costing, accurately calculating the performance and cost of resources and technical teams involved in the construction activities. ▪ Responsible for the management and maintenance of the construction equipment, as well as the layout and organization of the construction site for each project.▪ Monitor work schedule and project programing throughout all construction phases. ▪ In charge of the management of human resources and evaluation of productivity, while ensuring Health and Safety requirements are met.
