The business was founded with the vision to create unreasonable value in the advertising and marketing technology industries. I was responsible for testing and validating hypotheses for internal and external client projects nationally, and internationally seeding the creation of new businesses, departments, and products.A project example: Comic ReliefI identified key bottlenecks in the ad-driven user monetisation journey experienced by media companies and formulated an understanding of their needs, the market, and coordinated over 200 user experience research interviews. I immersed myself in the user experience developing a deep empathy including familiarisation with complex technologies.I synthesized key trends from research including scaled cannibalisation of advertising revenues and accessibility issues. I validated the hypothesis with quantitative and qualitative research and partnered with stakeholders to produce a manual agile/lean MVP. I released an MVP and beta. The pilot was a success and generated a value uplift of £600K in one month. The client created a department to support the continuity of this project and it still runs today.At Chadex I incubated this product under a diversification initiative and new business model reducing the cannibalisation of client revenues. We continued offering this revolutionary product for a nominal fee delivering a value uplift of £5.4M for Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in 2010, and developed other case stidies working with Action Aid, Macmillan Cancer Support, and in 2013 Chadex achieved an advertising run rate of $2.9BN. -
