In 1999 I began at Assan Aluminum in Management Trainee program. Since then, I have worked in some different departments and positions; R&D Specialist, Cold Rolling and Annealing Specialist, Sheet Division Specialist. In 2005 I was appointed as Sheet Production Senior Manager till 2010. The position, provides me supervising a part of new production plant startup that is approx. 250 mio $ investment and increasing capacity projects. Then in 2010 due to Lean Management decision, two main production departments were merged and I have assigned as Sheet and Foil Productions (Flat Products) Senior Manager until 2012.On April 2012 I have assigned to responsible for all production and supporting departments of Dilovası plant. Thus, during 2012 and 2015 I have worked as Director of Productions as responsible for Casting, Sheet and Foil Production, Technical & Maintenance, Safety Healthy & Environment, Technical Office, Field Excellence Management Department.Similarly, between 2015- 2018 I have worked as Director of Productions for Tuzla plant. In June 2018, after organigram restructuring I have been assigned to manage the biggest production facilities; Sheet & Coil Production Plants of Tuzla and Dilovası and also Prepainted Production Plant from 2018 to 2020. The position was responsible Quality, R&D, Product Development, Customer Relations, Supply & Supplier Development for Prepainted products as well.Joined the Ispak Ambalaj in August 2020, I have worked as Director of Operations for Ispak Packaging Company in which under the same group, Kibar Holding umbrella like Assan Aluminum. Now, I have been working as COO and I am responsible for approx. 40.000 tons/year capacity in two Production Plants and Facilities, all Supply Chain Operations, Maintenance & Project, Investment, all Quality activities and Departments, Product Developments and Operational Excellence. There are around 40 production lines that continue to manufacture 3 shifts (7/24), number of employees is approx. 350 (blue & white collar) that covers 85% of all company employees.
