I am introducing a new product myID that supplies digital identity to the market.Main achievements:- Production launch of the new national card settlement system Inkart - Launching possibility of cards payments in all polish public offices as well as on the Police. Collecting requirements, organizing a tender, negotiating contracts and pricing conditions, discussions with all stakeholders, organization and planning of a project, participation in the process of statutory changes, designing service processes.     At Kredyt Bank SA I was hired to carry out the business transformation of the card area and ATMs: implementation of modern processes and tools based on the latest technologies, increasing revenues, reducing service costs, reorganizing the product offer, planning development strategies, reorganizing existing organizational structures, simplifying and standardizing sales and service processes.After the takeover by Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. the scope of duties was evaluated in the direction of responsibility for the unification of the product offer, the migration of all solutions of Kredyt Bank SA to the solutions of Bank Zachodni WBK SA, minimizing the loss of revenues in connection with the migration of Kredyt Bank SA's customer portfolio, closing of business relations with Kredyt Bank SA's suppliers. I was a team leader dispersed in various locations: Warsaw, Poznań, and Lublin. I was a mentor, leading new employees of the Bank. I was responsible for the results from the card and ATM business on the entire portfolio of retail and business clients. The cost budget 20 million PLN, the revenue budget 120 million PLN.Main achievements:- Implementation of new IT systems supporting card products and ATMs, migration between systems- Renegotiations of contracts with suppliers- reduction of costs by 20% - PLN 4 million annually- Reorganization of product processes (new product documentation, new service processes)- Increase sales - design and implementation of 40 cyclical actions activating the product portfolio - increase in revenues by 10% - PLN 10 million annually- Replacement of approximately 50 ATMs without additional costs - PLN 2 million savings- Managing the merger of banks in the area of cards and ATMs, over 100 business, technological, marketing and legal projects- Designing and migration of Kredyt Bank cards to Santander Bank solutions- Renegotiation of agreements with suppliers
