- Responsible for the growth and profitability of the offer of a wide range of components such as frequency inverters and low voltage softstarters, servo drives, PLCs, HMIs, components for starting and protecting motors and protecting electrical circuits, electrical magnitude and power quality meters , controllers and capacitors for power factor correction, power supplies, components for functional safety of machines, industrial sensors and UPSs;- Management of the company's product development process, ensuring that customer needs and values are incorporated into product design, branding and marketing approaches, through the identification of market opportunities, translated into product design (interacting with sales teams product development), and conducting marketing and branding strategies that result in a product and brand launch.- Carrying out research in customs databases and the market to define pricing policies for different sales channels, distribution, OEM, panel assemblers and end consumers, aiming to be competitive against the competition and provide adequate profitability for the company;- Development of international partners to supply “brand label” products (produced by third parties under the reseller company’s brand), reducing time-to-market, being responsible for surveying customer needs, negotiating prices, terms of supply and payment, definition of appropriate tax classification and monitoring of processes until the product's launch on the market and subsequent life cycle;- Participation in the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process.
