Nuno Rocha is a Portuguese director,screenwriter, and film producer. He graduated inAudiovisual Communication Technology(Polytechnic Institute of Porto) and studiedDirecting at the University of Texas (USA). In 2010,he co-founded the production companyFilmesDaMente, producing commercial ads forinternational brands like Toyota, Nike, Continental,LG, Siemens, among others. Director andproducer of several award-winning short films,including 3x3, Vicky and Sam and Momentos. In2016, he directed his first feature film with thetheatrical release Mother Knows Best, winningtwo Sophia Awards, as well as the bestPortuguese film at the Spanish festival Reino deLeón. He has won over 70 awards with hisnarrative films.
