The PI of the National Initiative “Civilization Rights to Build Civilization”. Got his Ph.D. January 1995, in Architecture Planning and Conservation, University of York, UK. He Managed over 30 domestic and international projects in the domains of sustainability, heritage conservation, green development, sustainable tourism, architecture engineering, urban planning, public participation, civilization studies, and environmental impact assessment. Ongoing and previous funding and consultancy work with domestic and international agencies. Authored over 60 articles and manuscripts in international scholarly journals, conferences, and professional magazines. Frequently featured in various media outlets.
