With a background in development Management, my original work and Research focus were in supporting entrepreneurs in creating impact in rural India. As a Field Director of a British Charity, my work involved locating projects doing interesting work and connecting them with funding and management support.I worked with a number of bilateral and multilateral projects both in the design stage and the Monitoring and Evaluation stage. I had access to a number of techniques and methodologies for arriving at rational solutions to issues at both stages.
