A PhD in Management from JNU, India, I am a practitioner-turned-teacher currently working as Professor of Management at Nepal Open University. Earlier I taught at Tribhuvan University for 8 years and worked at two foreign JV commercial banks in Nepal (6.5 years-low/mid level manager), as Sr Associate Editor of English national daily (15 yrs) and GTZ (11 months) that paid me real-time work experience. Associated with editorial of seven peer-reviewed research journals including International Journal of Management Studies, I've passion in writing and research. My areas of interest include International Business, HRM, and Strategic Management.
