Giving sessions for B.Tech Students in Resume, Interview skills, Industrial Engineering & Management, Organizational Behavior, and Entrepreneurship. Coordinating training and placement activities for the College. Working in the capacity of Chairman, Career Guidance and Placement Unit, for the college under APJ Abdul Kalam Kerala Technological University (KTU). Handling additional responsibilities such as ISO Coordinator, Public Relations, and Partner Coordinator of MIELES (Modernising and Enhancing Indian E-Learning Educational Strategies) project by The European Commission implemented by University of Barcelona. Attended workshops and discussions at Technical University Berlin, Germany, and The University Of Barcelona, Spain.

Managing (Academically and Functionally) Three sub Departments : Dept. of Physics, Dept. of Chemistry and Dept. of Humanities. Planning and Scheduling Academic activities as per University norms and assigning them to various subordinates (Asst. Professors and Lab Instructors).Taking classes for B.Tech Students in Industrial Engineering & Management, Organizational Behavior and Entrepreneurship.Coordinating training and placement activities for the College.
