I worked as assistant lecturer in NICU for 3years delt directly with all neonatal intensive care critical cases, 3years as NICU consultant, shared in management of many private NICUs from scratch, then my seniors choose me to build up our PICU..shared in settling it, arrange and put the skeleton of work, arrange tasks and distribute role between health care staff..managing difficult critically ill children, taking decisions, arrange opportunities, take the risk and manage it, communicate skillfully with all, make new links , training, update knowledge, lecturing our trainee and junior staff...I am really enjoying my work..attending PICU workshops, planing to be PALS instructor and to enroll myself in the European ICU nutrition diploma within this year.
