After all, being CEO is also a face-to-face job. There's no substitute for face-to-face meetings.Peter Drucker’s famous quote: “Culture eats strategy for breakfast” and my motto: “lead by example”, describe my actions in this regard.One of my approaches to achieve this, on a global level, is to regularly travel to our international locations:Be it flower greetings in India, town hall meetings in the USA, or traditional get-togethers in China: meeting our employees in person on-site is always a highlight.
