My intention is to take a look into the future, or better: different futures, to draw conclusions for the now and today - so that we are able to make the right decisions now and take the best possible paths into the future. For this purpose, I develop and combine Foresight methods and concepts. It would be nice if more people could think in futures, if more people could be involved in Foresight processes and if the results could reach the important and right decision makers or potential promotors of ideas or innovation. For this, I work at very different institutes and universities, and in my projects for very different clients. I hope that the next generations, e.g. my students, will take up the baton and continue to spread futures literacy to improve whatever needs to be improved or find solutions for urgent and long-term problems.
